Lean Business Analysis Workshop
The business analysis profession is constantly being pushed to do things in a lean fashion. The speed of business does not allow for analysis paralysis. Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, points to high velocity decision making as a key to the success of the company. Decision making is the key to a lean business analysis approach.
This workshop takes you on a journey of how to do business analysis work in a just in time, just enough manner. By looking at a project as a path of decisions, business analysis professionals and other team members will be able to determine what activities will add value to the initiative and the optimal time to perform them. At the end of this session you will see the business analysis discipline is all about helping organizations make great, high velocity decisions.
