DiSC Assessments
I know you know people that can be better collaborators. Maybe that person is you! In today’s environment collaboration is key. We rarely work on efforts that only include one person. Improving how you interact with others is essential to success. High performing teams collaborate in a way where everyone understands how to get the best from each team member.
In this workshop you will learn more about yourself, others and how to deal in situations where interpersonal relationships are involved. You will understand how people will be likely react in a specific team, management or leadership situations, given her or his DiSC style. You will have the chance to get your DiSC assessment done along with the other participants. In the end you will walk away with tips on how to best work with all types of people.
