Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, in a letter to shareholders wrote this about how his team resists proxies. “A common example is process as proxy. Good process serves you so you can serve customers. But if you’re not watchful, the process can become the thing.” In today’s environment, agile methods like SAFe, Scrum and others are used as proxies.
Teams need to focus first on the agile mindset to resist proxies. In this session, you will learn ways to implement the agile mindset through the framework of the 4 key principles of Modern Agile.
