Great question! Here’s my answer.
Connect:
My goal in life is to meet everyone in the world.
More specifically, my goal is to connect with everyone in the world. I chose this goal because I realized I don’t have enough time to learn everything there is to know.
You and your team have the same problem. You need people that can get the right information from the right people or place. And you need it fast.
In the end, you get paid for who you know, not what you know.
